Graduate Certificate of Visual Art

My work is based on personal narratives sourced from researched stories, dreams and fears. These multilayered narratives are encapsulated in single images, which use elements of quietness as a starting point, and capture an interchange between resilience and absence. These stories are set against mysterious and elusive landscapes. The illusion of space with the use of cool tones amplifies a dreamlike mood in my paintings and sets the stage for interpretation.
