My artistic practice utilises a symbolic language and imagery to investigate biophilia, femininity and occultism. I use high key colour in paintings that depict decorative floral patterns and text. The work explores my affinity with flowers, coupled with a subjective interpretation of clichéd language that aims to challenge notions of perception and mysticism. The work elaborates on my own clairvoyant story and its foundation is built upon my relationship with my late grandmother and her fabrics.
