Jarrah Storey

Bachelor of Fine Arts (Painting)

Jarrah Storey is interested in the experience of being a body; of its longing and limitation; of its memory, habits and inheritances; of its relationships, agency and agreements. Furthermore, she is curious about the space opened through the body to experience the spiritual or unknown.

Jarrah works with film, performance, painting and sculpture. Her practice draws upon ecology theory, feminism and spiritualisation, while it sits alongside, and is fed by, her physical and community practices.
